Shipping Options at

When shopping at, you have a range of shipping options to choose from. Here’s what you can expect:

Delivery Estimate and Confirmation

You will receive a delivery estimate during the checkout process when placing your order, and you’ll also receive confirmation emails to keep you informed about your purchase.

Express Delivery

Enjoy speedy and secure delivery within 1-2 business days from the moment your order is shipped. Typically, orders are dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Please allow additional time for regional addresses outside NSW, and note that product availability may vary.

Until Saturday, December 23rd, we are offering free express delivery for all orders.

Same Day Delivery

For select postcodes in Sydney, you can opt for Same Day Delivery when you place your order before 2 pm AEDT on weekdays or 1 pm AEDT on Saturdays (excluding public holidays).

To check if your postcode is eligible, enter it during checkout. With Same Day Delivery, your parcel will arrive between 5 pm and 8 pm on the same day, and you’ll receive a text or call from the courier beforehand to confirm. As with other delivery options, please note that product availability may be limited.

Until Saturday, December 23rd, Same Day Delivery is free for all orders.


If your order includes engraving, please allow an additional 2-3 business days for delivery of machine-engraved items and an additional 3-4 weeks for monogrammed and hand-engraved items.

Can I track my online order?

Yes, a shipping notification with tracking details and a tracking link will be sent via email after your order has been dispatched. You may receive multiple email acknowledgments if your order is shipped in more than one shipment.

Will my Object Maker purchase arrive gift-wrapped?

Absolutely! All purchases arrive in the signature Object Maker gift box. During the checkout process, you have the option to include a gift message for each item in your order, which will be enclosed in a white envelope along with your gift package. If you choose not to write a gift message, one blank card per recipient will be included in your parcel.

Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?

To ensure secure delivery, a signature is required upon release, so Tiffany & Co. does not ship to post office boxes or parcel lockers.

Can I ship my order to an international location?

Currently, only accepts online orders for shipping within Australia. However, we can ship to other countries. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.
